Scope of Application

These terms and conditions apply to all users of the uuokk platform (website and any related services). "User", "you" or "member" refers to any person, registered or unregistered, on this platform. "uuokk", "we", "our" refers to the organization operating this platform.

Nature of the Agreement

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and uuokk. This agreement takes effect upon accessing, browsing, or using any service on the platform. You acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to these terms.

Language & Interpretation

These terms have been drafted in Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final and authoritative. If the meaning of any clause seems unclear, uuokk's interpretation shall be considered final.

Age Eligibility

To open an account and use gaming services on the uuokk platform, the user must be at least 21 years of age. By registering, you declare that you meet this age requirement. uuokk may request the necessary documents for age verification at any time.

Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held.

Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide true, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of account registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation. It is your responsibility to notify our support team immediately if any of your information changes.

Identity Verification (KYC)

uuokk may carry out an identity verification process (Know Your Customer) at any time. The following documents may be requested during this process:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Copy of a recent electricity or gas bill (as proof of address)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account details)

uuokk reserves the right to put the withdrawal process on hold until verification is complete.

Protection of Login Credentials

It is your sole responsibility to keep your uuokk account username and password completely confidential. Avoid sharing this information with any third party. All transactions completed on your account are your responsibility, unless you have notified uuokk of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

Deposit Limits & Methods

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds into uuokk:

Withdrawal Limits & Timeframes

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Successfully approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Please note that withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.

Third-Party Transactions Prohibited

Deposits and withdrawals may only be made using a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Depositing or receiving funds through a third party is strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, uuokk reserves the right to cancel the transaction subject to investigation.

Currency

All transactions on uuokk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No currency conversion fee will apply at the time of deposit or withdrawal; however, your payment provider may impose its own charges, for which the user is solely responsible.

Welcome Bonus

uuokk offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. If you deposit ৳8,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). The current wagering requirement is 10 times. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses must be used within the specified time limit after being received.
• Each account is entitled to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash.
• uuokk reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• Attempting to collect bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account closure.
• Additional benefits under the VIP program (Bronze, Silver, Gold) are subject to separate terms.

• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources
• Operating multiple accounts fraudulently to claim bonus benefits
• Hacking, cyber attacks, or any attempt at technical manipulation of the platform's software
• Using automated bots or software to play games or place bets
• Identity fraud impersonating other members
• Participating in fraudulent collusion with other users
• Presenting yourself as an officer or representative of uuokk
• Exploiting any technical error on the platform and failing to report it to uuokk

Treat Gaming as Entertainment

uuokk believes that online gaming is an entertainment activity, not a source of income. We encourage all members to play within their means and to take immediate action if they notice any signs of addiction.

User Request to Close Account
